ABOUT YOUR ORDER
-How do I create my account profile?
To set up an account, click here. You must enter an email address where you will want all correspondence and confirmations to be sent.
Your billing address must exactly match the address where your bank sends your credit card statements. Your shipping address can be different from your billing address. Your shipment may be delayed until we can obtain additional verification from you.
-Which payment methods are allowed on this site?
We currently accept payment via MasterCard/Visa/American Express.
-Is it safe to use my card over the internet?
We value you as a customer and utilize state-of-the -art security system for your confidence. We will direct you to our section on Privacy Policy.
-How do I place an order?
To add an item to your shopping cart, enter the quantity you want and click the “Add to Cart” button. Your shopping cart will be automatically updated. To see what is in your shopping cart, on each page you may click on “shopping cart” button to show the current order.
-How do I know my order is accepted?
If your order is accepted you will receive an Order Confirmation page sent to your email.
-Do you accept custom or special orders?
Yes, we are happy to accept custom and special orders. We require payment in full at the time a custom order is placed and the order cannot be cancelled. Minimum order requirements apply. Please contact our Sales Department for further details.
-Do you offer discounts?
At times we offer discounts. Please check back at our website for these offers.
-Will I be charged sales tax?
Only New York state customers will be charged sales tax. If you reside in NY and have a valid resale certificate please fax it to 646-289-3987 with your order so that your order is not subject to tax.
-Will my items be backordered?
Yes, we are manufacturers and if an item needs to be backordered we can usually complete the manufacturing cycle in 2 weeks. We will contact you by email if the estimated delivery timetable.
-What is your order processing information?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline processing the order for any reason. One of our biggest concern s is to verify the validity of every order we receive to ensure that neither you nor we will fall victim to fraud. On occasion we may ask for your help in substantiating information for orders that need further verification. This includes shipping address that is not the same as the billing address-which may require further verification.

-How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending upon destination as well as the shipping method selected.
Your shipping charges depend upon the total of your shopping cart. We use UPS Ground which arrives within 1 -10 days. Neither RemarkableRhinestone.com nor the shipping carriers can guarantee delivery time. We will use 3 day, 2 day or overnight shipping at your option.
-When will my order ship?
Accepted orders will be shipped within 5 days. Occasionally we may be out of stock of certain products. We will contact you by email should this occur with an estimated delivery timetable. You may cancel this part of your order should this not meet your needs.
-Will you ship to a PO Box?
No, we will not ship to a PO Box; we will only ship to a valid street address.
-How do I track my order after it is shipped?
To track your order, please click on the “History and details of your orders” in My Account section.
-Do you offer drop shipping?
Orders from customers with a purchasing history of at least 60 days usually can be drop shipped. Orders that we drop ship never have any reference to Remarkable Rhinestone.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products and to show the dimensions of each. If you do not see a measurement or have a question, feel free to contact us by email.

At this time we do not have a printed catalog. As soon as it is available it will be posted on this site.

ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
-What is your return policy?
We expect you to love the merchandise you bought from us. If you would like to exchange them we will replace it with another selection within 5 days. Damaged goods and incorrect items may be exchanged. Before returning any items for exchange please contact our Customer Service during normal business hours at 212 810-4050 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
All returns for exchange must be in the same condition they were received. Please send returns with an insured carrier-UPS or USPS. All items returned without the RAN will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
The following items may not be returned: Brooches, Pins, Napkin Rings and custom made products.
Missing items need to be reported in 5 days, please make sure the items are not on backorder.
All shipping charges on returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the products.
