This is a Florida Crown Conch and may have pink pearls inside.  Ours do not.  Our Conch Napkin Rings are matte gold with pearl looking epoxy.  Hindus use these as ceremonial trumpets as they represent coming out of the  waters.  Certainly will give a beach theme to your tables.
